I already completed insanity and I have made it a part of my everyday life. I am now interested in doing the asylum but not to sure what to expect. I want to gain muscle mass mainly in my upper body because my legs and quads are awesome. Any suggestions???

My suggestion is work to failure. Give 100% during each workout. Also, if you are looking to build muscle mass, have you thought about doing the Beast workout? This is a good workout for building muscle mass. The more high-intensity programs, like Insanity, are good for leaning out, toning, strength, etc... If you really want to pack on muscle, you'll want ti implement a resistance training program that requires a lot more weight training. Let me know if I can help!

Thanks! I think what Im going to do is do the asylum and then move on to a more muscle mass program like the beast or p90x. Im just really into insanity and how sean t motivates anybody who decides to take on his challenges. Thanks again for the advice!
