not losing waist after 65 days
Hello,

I am doing power 90 and I am on 65th day but still not losing waist. Can someone please recommend me if I need to do something else. I lost 2 inches in first 45 days but not losing after that at all.

Hi Vinay,
How's your diet going with the program? Stress, lack of sleep and toxic "gunk" will keep you hanging on to belly fat (could you're body be trying to protect you and bind it up)? Ultimate reset's good for dealing with built-up "gunk"... and shifting metabolism.

Everyone's built differently too, and has somewhat different "hold out" spots... they make you crazy, but how's the rest of you responding (can you see a drop in body fat in other places)? Hang in there, you know you're making progress by just doing the workouts, it will come emoticon

Hello Vinay,

My guess is it's your nutrition or exercise intensity. IF you are giving 100% on each workout and are consistently doing your workouts ( not missing a day ), then more than likely it's your nutrition and you need to make the adjustments. Let me know if we can help!

This is purely speculation because there is not enough information to give you a solid answer. Based on my experience your problem stems from your nutrition. Let me explain my reasoning behind my answer.

After 45 days, your metabolism changed and your body is running more efficiently. If you did not adjust your calories to take into consideration your increased metabolism you may not be eating enough. Your body is adapting but in the wrong manner. Instead of losing weight, your body is storing what it needs and since you are still working out - your at a plateau...

Readjust/tweak your calories and you should see the weight loss come back.... Otherwise you should feel proud of what you have accomplished. 2 inches off your body in 45 days is awesome! emoticon

Thanks for the reply. I am trying not to eat "gunk" but no on any diet program. I hope I can acheive my goal.

Hey vinayfit...have you had any luck or progress with the problem you were having here? Were you able to contaqct Coach John? Nutrition is so hard to keep track of, but he sems to be quite knowledgeable in that area.
