Month 1 complete. Any recommendations for recovery week?
Tough month. Body finally starting to adapt. still getting Heart Rate to 160 bpms, my max is 180 and stay consistently between 140-160....any recommendations for recovery week....<_<

Good job on making it to recovery week! Just stick with the plan and push hard this week too. Reflect on how you did in the first month and adjust as you need to...

Remember it is recovery week, not rest week. You still have workouts to do, but they won't strain your muscles like the regular workouts. No pullups, no Ab RipperX, but good flexibility and Core Syn is a great total body/core workout.
