Hey everyone, going through multiple workout programs (P90X, Insanity, Asylums, P90X2, Body Beast, Some One on Ones) I have decided to start a blog of individual reviews of each workout! They will be in depth, reviewed in different perspectives, describing the results someone can expect, and hopefully with everyone's input, I could make them even more helpful in ways I haven't thought of. I would love to get everyone's opinion of what more I can include! I will continue to post the links to the individual reviews as well as they are made, for I have decided to start on Asylum Volume 2! I look forward to everyone's input! Also, I am not a coach so I don't get any monetary gain from any of this, I am just a health enthusiast and competitive athlete, and would like to enter the fitness community.

Just checked out your reviews-very helpful! Just a question...in Asylum 1 I wasn't really able to do many of the pull up variations as the bar I have wouldn't allow it. (And I really don't like pull ups emoticon ) So how in Asylum 2, are the pull ups plentiful? I think I read somewhere that there are substitute exercises...could you comment as to this? Please and thanks!

Ah yes I had run into that problem with my first bar, but luckily they do show different variations of the exercise usually with dumbbells and bands, along with the pull up move.

Thanks so much for writing these reviews Chris. They've given me some really good info on what to expect before I start each program!
