One thing you REALLY need to keep in mind and understand is that your overall outcome is directly related to your nutrition.
Ever heard the saying "abs are made in the kitchen" ???

Working out is great - you are burning calories.
Especially with TF - the high intensity keeps you burning calories long after the actual workout (thus burning off fat).
Here is the key though. YOU MUST EAT (properly & on schedule) to continue to burn fat !!!
The key to burning fat and building muscle is to feed your body the proper nutrients constantly. The reason is to keep your metabolism up and running constantly.
If you skip a meal or a snack your body releases hormones and triggers you to "feel hungy" thus causing you to go in "fat storing mode"
Eat and follow your nutrition guide!!!!!
You will be Quite pleased in the end.
