JANUARY 2013 ONE MONTH CHALLENGE
THE RULES:

Okay Ladies and Gents:



If you are going to join this challenge you need to make sure that you join by January 5, 2013. And you need to make sure to post regularly!! MAKE SURE TO POST REGULARLY!!

Weigh and measure on or before the first. Also, take your before pictures. You DON'T have to post them here, but I want you to use them as your own PERSONAL motivation!!

Measure: the largest parts of the following areas. And make sure to measure in the same place each time!!

Chest:
Waist:
Hips:
Butt:
Thighs:upper and lower
Calves:
Upper arm:

To figure out whom the "Biggest Loser" is: We are going to ADD the total number of days worked out from January 1st to January 31st, the number of pounds lost, the number of inches lost and a point for each day that you eat perfect!!. And you get to ADD a point for each day you drink at least 64 ounces of water!! AND ADD A POINT FOR EACH DAY YOU DON'T EAT THREE HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME!! AND YOU GET A POINT FOR EACH DAY YOU POST ON THE CHALLENGE!

So, each day you have a chance to get a 5 point day:

1.workout
2.water
3.eats
4.3 hour rule
5.posting...Easy point for the day!

If you gain inches or pounds you need to subtract those from your total.

So get a calendar and keep track of your points for each day so you'll be able to add them up easily at the end of the month!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! It's here...2013! Are you ready?? I am. The challenge is in full swing and I'm feeding off the motivation of the other challengers. It's amazing how a whole new year gives you a clean slate...a fresh start. I love it.

I hope you'll come and join in on the challenge. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and helping you achieve your fitness and health goals.

There's still time to come and join the challenge if you are in need of support and motivation. We have several challengers already this month so there will always be someone for you to talk to and connect with.
