Hey y'all

It's been awhile since I been on the boards. I started Insanity today. emoticon anyone with me?

I will also be doings mix of P90X somedays.

Great job for starting up Insanity!! I've actually just started a great thread for ppl who are doing Insanity (and other programs) and would love to have you along! We've got a great group of ppl there, so drop on by and say hello!

I started Day 1 yesterday. I was scared today after the fit test yesterday, but it wasn't as bad as I thought. Of course, I was much slower than the people on the video, but I got it done!

Hey FitLAFoodie and everyone else

I did Insanity, Asylum 1, Asylum 2. I am starting my second round of Insanity! I have a thread HERE if you want to check it out

I definitely saw muscle gain through these programs, HOWEVER, I started out with nothing. I have never really done any weight lifting before. Asylum 1 and 2 both have more weight lifting and I definitely saw more muscle gain during those.

Week 2.

So I missed a post yesterday but so far I am down 2 pounds (without altering my diet too much). However, finding it a little difficult to stay in it this week. Today I literally dogged it on Pure Cardio (enough to make me consider doing it again tonight). Thoughts, suggestions?

Also, thank you everyone for the support. It's appreciated.
