A person suggested me ur name on online chat at beachbody...
im 28 male.. weight 76kg.. height 5'9"..
my upper body part is normal like not in shape n not faty.. but my tummy n lovehandles r weired...my waist is 36... i want to make my upper part like shoulder biceps triceps..my chest is flat thats why my tummy is more visible...should i 1st i go for insanity after 2 months i go for beast ???...... plz guide me....

Hey Amir!

I would suggest you go with insanity to start off with because it does everything for you according to your goals. It will shred alot of fat which will pulverize those love handles and definitely increase your strength in your upper body with all the pushups you'll be doing. Also, Insanity requires no equipment, just you, the Earth and Sir Isaac Newton's law of gravity.

Body Beast works to increase muscle size but isn't your best option to burn fat as, depending on which plan you go with, it actually gives you a little more body fat to pack on more muscle. Sounds confusing but its a science that works with body building.

Amir, I'm going to tell you what Steve would, which is that you should do Insanity first and lose the weight you want to lose before trying to bulk up your muscles. Insanity should help you shed your love handles and the extra inches off your waist. Then come back and do either P90X or, if you're really serious about putting on bulk, try Body Beast.

AdStaffAndrew.... i really want to get rid of that waist .. tummy plus love handles.. its 36inch..... so as u said.. i should go for Insanity.. so with the help of this can i wear .. 32 or 30 waist or.. can wear fitting shirt ? from which my tummy wont visible...

i want flat belly.... so i will go with Insaity then after 2 months should i continur or go wid Beast ?

Yes, Amir, that's what I'm advising. Do Insanity and other cardio-intensive programs until you feel content with your progress in terms of losing your love handles and belly. Then, however long that takes, you can reassess and choose a new program and goals. BTW, P90X is also a good option as it also contains plenty of cardio. The most important thing, really, is that you get regular exercise and follow the nutrition guidelines closely.

Were all here to help each other Amir, I have a lot of fat to lose and i also want to gain muscle. Nutrition is the most important thing when it comes to a program. "6 Packs are made in the kitchen" Have you ever heard that saying before? Its the most truthful thing i see and hear on a daily basis, you HAVE to eat clean to get rid of belly fat and love handles. 80% is nutrition but going with insanity will shred your fat quicker than you can imagine. After insanity it will be alot easier to follow a program like P90X or Body Beast to gain muscle because you wont have to go through the fat shredder phase, just plain old muscle building. I would personally recommend P90X for its the only one of 2 programs ive had any experience with and i think it will be more beneficial for you in the long run.

Stamina and strength will improve within weeks as you push through your program. Not many people have strength or stamina when they start and that's why resting is OK- aka- knowing your limits but always pushing them. I mean, look at the people in Insanity. They're taking breathers all over the place. However, before the program is done you'll be rolling your eyes at them because you WILL be hanging through the whole thing without the breaks you took initially.

As for L-Arginine, I'm assuming you're talking about a pre-workout supplement before working out for an energy boost. L-Arginine is a "vasodilator" put into pre-workouts to theoretically widen blood vessels and increase blood flow, allowing more oxygen, nutrients, etc. to fuel a workout. There's opinions left and right on that and how effective it really is and they do help but Beachbody's E & E is probably one of the least "be our guinea pig" brands out there.

You can. But what I suggest is that you stick with it and keep doing your best without depending on any artificial stimulants. This stuff is hard and there's no magic bullets. Sorry.

Ihave started insanity.. and today wil be my 3rd day.. oh its so hard.. i take to much breaks is it ok? ... in the end i im totally ex hasted... i wana ask... i do insanity before dinner .... i should do before or after dinner? and can i use just whey protein beofre or after can u tell me about this ?????

Congrats on getting started. It will get easier. Don't eat anything for at least an hour before if you can. Definitely don't do it right after dinner unless you want to throw up. If you need to take breaks, that's fine. Everyone just does the best they can. Stick with it and you'll get stronger.

today is my break 6 days completed .. emoticon and doing as u told me feeling goood emoticon .. on break day i ate bit extra things which im avoiding on workout days .. hope it wil ok .. and thx for ur words its like motivating me emoticon

hello how do u do.. its my 3rd week.. n in starting of this week i measured my waist and i lost 1 inch...

but today i saw a add of Hip Hop abs.. and its claimed to loose 3 inches of waist in 6 days.. and dose workouts are not that tough as insanity....

i wana know then whts the difference????
