I just purchased P90X Plus. I hope i dont regret it. For the most part the reviews say its a good add on to P90X but some are very dissapointed with it. Let me know your opinions on it. Thanks!

I liked the routines, but had difficulty following it as a stand alone program for 90 days. Not enough variety for me. When I do P90x, I'll use the Plus series as the "recovery" week instead of the standard version. My favorite routine of the set was Interval X.

I wasnt gonna use it as a stand alone. I was gonna use it in my normal P90X routine to add a bit more to it. emoticon

I've done 2 rounds of P90X+ and its 'alright'. The first round of P90X+ was fun but you will get bored quickly as there is only 5 new workouts and most of them you repeat 2-3x per week. I think the upper + you do twice a week so that gets old fast. Overall P90X+ is a good addition to add with classic P90X. I would recommend doing a full round with P90X+ then modifying reps to meet your needs. If you want mass lift heavier 6-8 reps and if you want lean lift lighter 12-15 reps. Regardless of what they say in the video.

Ya like i said.... I only bought this to add to my classic P90X Routine not as a stand alone. Thanks for the info!
