I just joined today and did my first workout!
This is totally new for me and very difficult for me to finish the workout, so I am going to do it a few times a week (2-3) mixed in with running and other stuff so I can have fun with it and get used to it first. I would love to join your challenge to help keep me motivated and to help motivate others if I can! How do I do that?
