A friendly reminder everyone..DO NOT DO HIIT workouts on back to back days. I had a friend just tell me she did so and that she was feeling a bit dizzy. Keep in mind the HIIT workouts are meant to take your heart rate up. You are also doing intense cardio and plyo, so you're shredding those muscles. Your body needs a good 24-36 hours to recover after these workouts. The DVD's specifically says at the beginning that HIIT workout are not to be done on back to back days and no more than 3-4 x's per week. Follow the schedule included with your TF workout. If you just started Turbo Fire and you feel it's too much, please feel free to contact me and I can give you some ideas on how to modify the schedule.
