Auto program question
Auto program question

Does anyone know if I can use the auto scheduler and then change my rest day if I need to trade days? I want to use the program to help keep me accountable.

Hmmmm... I have never used the auto scheduler, but I can check for you. You can also make sure to have some buddies in the program so they can hold you accountable emoticon Add me!!!!emoticon

Which program are you doing? I was just reading through older messages (I searched int he bar above) and saw that other people had questions like yours. I also noted that there (was?) is a glitch that can cause a problem when you try to change days and sometimes there can be issues with servers. I know that I manually input my days, and I can go back and change them if I need to.

Thanks. I think I will manually add mine so that I can have a little flexibility if need be. I am doing the P90x/Turbo Fire hybrid. I started yesterday with Chest and Back. I was scheduled to do Fire 45EX today but changed it to a rest day so I could spend some quality time with my 5 boys. We had a great day. We went mini golfing and then bowling. So I got moving a little. I will not take mu rest day on Sunday since I took it today. I am committed to get through this in 90 days.....wish me luck!

5 boys????? You don't need a workout program - you need a spa emoticon Ha ha ha! Seriously - they must be too much fun and it sounds like you had a great day! My rest day changes too, depending on the kids' sports or what I have going on... You will do great and it's only 90 days!!!!! You can do anything for three short months - and you will be sooooooo happy with your results!!!

I just accepted your friend request. I see you are over in Japan....Wow! How long have you been doing the programs? How much weight have you lost? I am excited to see what 30days brings me. I would like to lose 30pounds (not in 30 days) although more importantly I would just like to feel good about my body and tighten up my belly from so many babies. My oldest son is training to be a fire fighter and has done a great job holding me accountable although he was just accepted into a fire academy so he will not be able to be my daily workout partner. I need to look deep inside me and take control of all of my daily excuses if I want to succeed. He would be so proud of me if I can achieve my goal.

Truth?? I have lost only a few pounds. But I have changed so much - my husband tells me every day how different my body is now.
This is exactly why that's true... I have gone down at least a size after one round of Insanity. I am working on a second round now. I feel like I will start shedding even more now emoticon My fitness level is so much higher, my arms are inches smaller!
We love living in Japan! This is our third tour here - we are on our 10th year emoticon. We live on Okinawa - a small island.
It's so great that you son (and family) support you! I am lucky to have great support at home as well. And I love Insanity because even my super fit husband works his butt off to make it through a work out!!!!
I think I said this, but make sure you take pictures, do your measurements, weigh yourself (and then put the scale away and only check it once every week or two weeks!) and last, make sure you do the fit tests. All four of these areas will show your progress, and that makes you want to keep going.
I still want to lose and I also really want to have buff, gorgeous arms emoticon I would also like to trim my waist!
Talk to you soon! Bed time here in Japan!!!
