Hi Everyone,
I've just started week 4 and it's been great so far. So much energy dancing much more for NYE than everybody else. I can see results !

I want to enhance my cardio so I'll be running 2 to 3 times per week along with Insanity. It s gonna be a 15 seconds interval/ 40 seconds rest for 25 times with a few minutes of warm up. That leads to about 25 minutes for each workout. Good article on interval training timings here

How would recommend scheduling running and Insanity ?

On what specific days of the program sould I rather run ?

To run before or after the Insanity workout ? ( I can have enough resting hours within the day as I'll be at home this entire month)

I wouldn't run and do insanity on the same days unless you can have a extra calorie intake to make up for all those burned calories. If you are in a calorie deficit the body will turn to muscle to fuel its needs. I would do insanity like 4-5x per week and then do running on those off days but thats just me you can do whatever you wanna do emoticon

Thanks so I'll try this
I'll ingest 500 extra calories only twice a week. That's the amount I spent according to my heart rate monitor during my last interval running session.
I'll be then reaching 3300 calories a day with cereal/prot bars for this extra effort.
For the recovery,
I'll lay down and take a nap in-between those two workouts having good recover whey 50/50 prot/carb like everyday. Plus bonus legs self massage et super cold water on leg muscle after workouts.

I'll keep this thread updated with eventual bad or good results along weeks.
