I've just started week 4 and it's been great so far. So much energy dancing much more for NYE than everybody else. I can see results !
I want to enhance my cardio so I'll be running 2 to 3 times per week along with Insanity. It s gonna be a 15 seconds interval/ 40 seconds rest for 25 times with a few minutes of warm up. That leads to about 25 minutes for each workout.
Good article on interval training timings hereHow would recommend scheduling running and Insanity ?
On what specific days of the program sould I rather run ?
To run before or after the Insanity workout ? ( I can have enough resting hours within the day as I'll be at home this entire month)
