Hi everyone,

This is really just another accountability thread to keep me consistent with my workouts. I post videos on youtube in response to a completed workout each day. Something new I've started this year so I'll be trying to keep each log here updated. If you are going to be starting a program feel free to join but I ask that you watch my video first and see if im the right type of coach/person/friend for you emoticon.

Program: Modified Starting Strength (best suits my weaknesses so I build upon them)
Start Date: January 1st 2013

Day 1 Complete:
Wasn't too bad today considering the weight was the starting weight. Did 3 compound exercises of Backsquat,Bench Press, Barbell row. 4 warm up sets and 3 workout sets of 5 reps for each exercise.
