I'm very new to this so being brief, I was looking for some assistance to setting up a routine I got the 10-minute en-route and I will be starting that soon as I see it, but I am having trouble coming up with a schedule I can work into my days, I work a 10hr grave shift so any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Josh,
I believe that that TMT was designed specifically for someone like your self that has a business schedule. Since it's only 10 minutes you can do before or after your shift. I'll send you a buddy request and a link to join our facebook group. We have a few people in our group doing that program that you might be able to get some input from. We also provide a great resource for accountability and encouragement.
