Hello

I'm very new to this so being brief, I was looking for some assistance to setting up a routine I got the 10-minute en-route and I will be starting that soon as I see it, but I am having trouble coming up with a schedule I can work into my days, I work a 10hr grave shift so any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Josh

Hi Josh,

I believe that that TMT was designed specifically for someone like your self that has a business schedule. Since it's only 10 minutes you can do before or after your shift. I'll send you a buddy request and a link to join our facebook group. We have a few people in our group doing that program that you might be able to get some input from. We also provide a great resource for accountability and encouragement.

Josh,

You need to build the workout into your daily routine no matter what your schedule. the beauty of TMT is the short workout can be squeezed in to many areas. I would suggest - can you get up 15 minute early each day or right after coming home. Which ever you feel you have the energy to bring it to the workout... JUST DO IT.. as nike says.

Also, make sure that nutrition is on track as well.

Any support or questions we're all here fo ryou.

Donna

Hi Josh,

I'm new to TMT myself, I'm on day 4. I also work graveyard so I can truly relate. I've been doing my ten minutes just before when I would normally shower in the "morning" (my morning anyway). I realized today after I did my workout that I felt like I could easily fall asleep. So tonight after work I'm hoping to workout before bed. Hopefully I won't have any trouble falling asleep after. A couple of my coworkers are runners, when they get out of work they go for a run then go home and go to sleep. It works for them so I figured I'd give it a try!

Let me know how it works out for you! Good luck!

Hey Josh! Welcome to Team Beachbody! I have a couple of ideas for you!

Think about times you have downtime at home - when you find yourself scrolling through Facebook or watching TV. That's time you can workout!

Watch the DVD ahead of time, write down the exercises. Do them on your break at work!

Or... if you can't do the exercises all at once, do one here and there when you have a chance to.

Last one: first thing when you wake up, press play and just do it and get it over with before you even eat breakfast, brush your teeth and get in the shower. If it means waking up an extra 10 minutes earlier, just do it. It's never NOT going to be worth it.

And actually, you can reverse that one and do it the 10 minutes before you go to sleep.

Everyone has 10 minutes in their day they can fit in a workout, it just means you might have to sacrifice something else. But honestly, nothing is worth holding on to if it means sacrificing your own health.

Good luck!
