I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue, but went on a holiday sebatical...like three weeks with no working out at all. I was on week four of phase two. Wondering if it is best to restart the whole program or pick up where I left off? I was doing doubles as well.
Hey man, new year, start it over. You need the benefits of doing it all consecutively to really get the results. But at the end of the day, the best thing to do is the thing that will get you fired up and keep you motviated. End of story.
