my body beast build/bulk stage gainer shake - 48/28/24 macro breakdown
this is a tasty recipe for anyone that may be having trouble hitting their calorie goals. hope it helps someone. the macro breakdown was a complete accident.


Sliced Peaches - 1 cup

Whole milk - 2 cup

Frozen Mixed Berries - 1 cup

Protein powder ( I use Bsn or Isoflex vanilla) - 1 scoop

1 whole peeled orange

the calorie/macro breakdown is: 700 calories, 83g carbs, 22g fat, 42g protein, 10g fiber

the macro breakdown is 48/28/24, which is very close to the 50/25/25 you need on the first stage of body beast.
