Hey All,
I am just about to start my 5th month of Turbo Fire (2nd month of the advanced schedule), and just ordered Chalean Extreme as my next program. I like the intensity of the cardio in Turbo Fire, and it took me forever to get decent at doing cardio, so i'm not wanting to lose it. I've heard that CE does have some cardio incorporated in it, but i guess im wondering how much? And how does it compare to TF? I was thinking about maybe doing a hybrid, but have never done that before and not sure how to go about making the schedule to get the best results out of both programs. maybe one whole week of one and then one of the next??
Anyone have any answers for me
