I got some pretty amazing results from Asylum and really enjoyed the challenge. I attached my result pics from Insanity and Asylum. I would define myself as skinny fat (especially when I started). I am 6"1 so my question is what should I do next? Should I continue with another round of Asylum that might make me to lean or should I focus on a Mass building routine like 90X or just hit the gym for some heavy lifting? Some advice would be appreciated!
Note: I took some stats with a bodyfat scale so numbers are probably off but they give an overall idea of what is going on: Left most pic 150pounds 17% BF, After 100 days of insanity: 149pounds 12.5% BF, After 30 days Asylum: 151pounds 10.5% BF. (Weighed myself on an empty stomach first thing in the morning in all cases)
