Bridgett,

I think LMP would be a great choice for your next program! The low weights and high repetition make it so you have lean muscle, not so that you'll bulk up! I'm planning to possibly restart that program once I am done with Les Mills Combat! I know that there are a lot of coaches in my group that absolutely love Pump and the results they got! I only didn't finish because I got really sick and was sidelined for 2 weeks and by the time I got better Combat had shipped! But I loved the challenge the workouts brought! They were a good change of pace from Shaun T's Insanity, and AV1.

dannygjatt, i decided to finish up my last 60 days with insanity and give it my all and then i am going full force with lmp. i was going to do asylum after but i can always do that after i really want to add some strength training into my routine. everthing i read on adding weights into your work outs says it really helps you get lean cuz muscle burns more fat at a resting rate. what has your experience been with it? do you have before and after pics or measurements? yes please find me on fb i have a like page its: all i do is win fitness or u can add me bridgett marquez my email is bridgett217@gmail.com
