Nutrition Questions

I bought my wife BBL for Christmas and she's gearing up to do it. She's really motivated to do the program and the diet that comes with it. I have a question I'd like to get answered for her though regarding the nutrition plan. I've completed P90X and Insanity. Both of them being BB programs came with very descriptive diet plans. The butt lift program only came with a small booklet. There's a lot of good recipes in there but it basically says eat 1200 calories. The booklet tells you what Carbs, Fat, and Protein are, but in no way give you a goal for what you should be eating. Does anyone have any insight for a female on what she should be eating during the butt lift program?

Hello there!!! BBL is a great product....she's gonna love it! As far as nutrition goes, that varies. I do not go by what the booklet says for calories because it doesnt take into account a person's age, sex or fitness level. I use the Harris Benedict formula to figure this out as it is more accurate and takes into account the factors I just listed.

If you provide me with her height, weight and age I can figure out her daily caloric intake. From there, I can assist in developing a meal plan that can help meet her goals.

Feel free to reach out o me if you would like some assistance in this area as I am willing to help!!

I used it and figured out how many cals she should be eating. Is there a ratio she should be using for her carb/fat/prot intake?

MyFitnessPal is a great, free tool/app she can use to determine and track her calories.

The ratio that I've been using and mostly everyone else I know has been using a ratio of 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats. I also use My fitness Pal which is a great tool, however I have to personalize the ratio
