Hey, is anybody starting Insanity? I would like some buddies on here to join me if you want! We can share accountability, motivation, support.

Today is Day 3 for me, Cardio Recovery.

When is your favorite time to workout? The more different workout times I try the more I realize evenings work best for me. Mornings have just never been good. Sometimes I even workout really late (10pm or after), because I am busy most of the day. It's harder to keep your motivation throughout the day to workout at the end of it, but it seems to work for me emoticon

I've eaten healthy today and Cardio Recovery will be great tonight! I love that workout. It's my second round by the way.

I'm in. My day 3 is today (Cardio Power & Resistance). I'm assuming you counted fit test as '0'.

I did the first month of insanity but didnt feel the full effect of it like I would have liked to so I decided to redo the first month again. so if its cool I would love to join.

evening are my best time to workout I typically workout between 8pm to 12pm haha. It works for me because of my school and work. Anyways what did your guys numbers look like on the fit test when you first took it?

Kevin1213- That's why I like evenings too! because of school and work. You can definitely join!

I will post my first round numbers tonight when I get home from work. There was a huge difference. All my numbers went up significantly throughout the program. I'm excited to be on round 2 because I know I'll be able to push myself even harder this time around.

Here are my numbers.

Switch Kicks: 39
Power Jacks: 39
Power Knees: 74
Power Jumps: 24
Globe Jumps: 6
Suicide Jumps: 11
Push-up Jacks: 21
Low Plank Oblique: 38

I thought I had 79 switch kicks but ... 2 kicks count as 1 rep.

Andrew- what are you going to school for. Also I might be working out in the morning but I am trying to see if I can do the pure cardio video everyday in the mornign before I go to school. I have not been able to yet I only get in about 50 push ups while alternating legs, 50 sit ups, and finally about 50 dips. I am trying my hardest to get the best results that I can. emoticon

coachpaulS1- Those are really nice numbers. Also I didnt know that two switch kicks counted as one.

switch kicks: 72
power jacks: 72
power knees:117
power jumps: I couldnt do because it made to much noise and my apartment is on the second floor. so I did something else
globe jumps: 16
suicide jumps: 18
push-up jacks: 50
low plank oblique: 65

Those are my numbers.

Yup, on the pictures on the calendar for the fit test, 2 switch kicks = 1 rep, and 4 globe jumps = 1 rep. Everything else is single count,

alright then well that is really cool well all the rest of the numbers are very accurate.
well as for my diet that was pretty horrible at the end of the day today. feel disappointed in myself but I know that I am going to work my butt off and try even harder tomorrow.

kevin- that's great! nutrition is an ongoing struggle for me as well. I really hope to be stronger and make better choices more consistently

you both have great numbers for the fit test!

Work went waaaaay later than expected, so I'm going to rest up and workout tomorrow. Not sure what the workout is, but I'll make up cardio recovery right afterwards! should be a good day

I will also post my fit test numbers tomorrow. I have to dig them up from last round! emoticon

Hi everybody! I'm contemplating Monday to start a round of Max. I have been on a three week hiatus... lol I need accountability. I am a work at home Mom, I have no excuse except my couch is comfy and I love my phone and computer...emoticon
I found an awesome app in the Google play store called Noom. It's got a great calorie counting accountability feature. I've even lost some weight this week.

Well, really, I just want to lose 2 lbs. a week until June. That'll put me at 50 lbs. down for a bikini challenge I started. I want to rev my metabolism and make exercise a habit more than anything. Lol what good is getting in a bikini if you can't stay in one? That's how I look at it. I'm just no good at getting to that point obviously emoticonHow about you?
