Hey All-- I'm a huge fan of P90x, however sometimes certain workouts seem to be roadblocks in my success. I struggle to find a large enough time slot and/or dread the thought of doing it all day. Now I didn't get on here to be lectured on how I am not awesome enough or giving my all by not just doing it. I'm asking for some help. Do any of you have suggestions for what would be an occasional good replacement for YogaX? I love it, but I hate it. If I could find something to change things up once in a while, yet still be effective would help me out a lot. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

First -are you asking within the confines of P90x? If not, I will tell you that what I love about Insanity is the fact that the workouts are shorter. The first month workouts are 35 - 45 minutes, roughly, second month up to an hour, but not beyond.
I know a lot of people do not like the Yoga X and the time involved. Are you looking for a recommendation to get the same workout you would get for doing it, or to replace it with something of a different kind (i.e. cardio) from a program?

Viclover,

I would replace Yoga X with a combo of flexibility training ( X Stretch) and core synergistics. You will get your flexibility train and core done. If don't like that, then find something you enjoy doing, like go for a hike or a run, etc... I'm doing P90X and we have many people on our team doing it, as well. To be honest, Yoga is not my thing either. Anyways, I hope this helps you!

I am ok leaving the confines of P90x....I think. I'm would like something that is comparable to the YogaX as far as what body parts are getting worked. I had Insanity for a while, & it kicked my butt. So maybe something just a bit less intense than Insanity. Thanks emoticon
