Combat workout help

Hey everyone. I'll be starting Combat on Monday and am wondering if you could help me decide on which program to follow. I want to lose at least 30 or 40 pounds. Which program would be best to follow? I will also be eating as clean as possible. Thanks all! Sandy

Hi Sandy,

I would think that would depend on what your current fitness level is? Which programs have you completed? How often did you workout prior to this program? All those will help you decide which schedule to follow!

I, personally, am following the Supreme Warrior Schedule! I, ordered the advanced DVDs for future, but have started out there! My beachbody history includes Turbo Fire for almost the entire year last year, except for 1 round of Insanity and I started LMCombat on Dec 17th! I felt like this was the best place to start for me.. PLUS then I have something to look forward to progress to emoticon

I'd go with the ultimate warrior for the best results. It might be a little tougher, but there's always someone showing the modifications.

I would agree with this.. If you have purchased the extra DVD's that are included in the Ultimate Warrior schedule, I would follow it. There are enough modifications for everyting to get you through it if it's a little tough to begin with. But, the more you do it, the better you get. Hit it hard and push it for those 60 days!!
Good luck with the schedule you choose!!

Thanks guys! Ive completed P90X (30 pounds and countless inches gone) and LMP (10 pounds and about 3 inches gone) within the last year, but haven't been consistent in the last few months...just working out here and there with TF, TJ and P90X. I did lose 10 pounds during this time, but I just wasn't focused! When I heard about Combat...I was thrilled!!

I need to hit the ground running and get back into a routine. Ive tried some of the Combat workouts and LOVE it but hadn't been able to choose what schedule to follow. I think this is going to be my soul mate workout. You guys have helped me make the decision! Ultimate Warrior it is!!

Thanks all!!
