I've started P90x on the 1st of January. My question is, do I start on the first disc and continue that for 6 days then change to the next disc?

You should have a schedule that tells you the order of the workouts. You don't do one workout for 6 days then do another. Check your materials.

two other schedules included. "Lean" & "Doubles"

I'm interested to know if the lean or doubles are any better on getting body definition than standard? I'm 179lbs and 6'-1".
Over the last year I have got a little belly(nothing big just noticeable) and want to know which would be best?

Btw can't do dive bomber push ups. Lol

I did 2 rounds of the lean before switching to X+ (did 8 rounds of that lean)
then to X2. I think any of the programs will give you results. I think the
best results come from sticking with a really good nutrition program, something I'm not very good at ... yet ;)while doing any of these programs.
