I just started the actual workout Saturday and I've been doing the diet for a week now. I can really feel the BBL workout working in all the areas its suppose to target and the menu that came with the workout has a lot of meals that I really like. I definitely think that this is something I can do, I just need to consider adding more to each meal, I just get full so quickly. I've been doing a little better with consuming the appropriate amount of calories but I'm also concerned with the amount of fat and carbs, it seems I can always reach those goals, just not the calorie one :/ Thanks for your response
