Help! I need to take more calories!
So I have just started the brazil butt lift diet/work out. According to the diet booklet I'm suppose to consume 1200 calories a day. According to my husbands insanity calorie calculator, which apparently takes into account more then just my current weight, I'm suppose to be consuming about 1500 calories. Today I only managed 972 calories and I ate breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, an afternoon snack, and dinner. I'm full! I can't imagine taking in any more, what can I do? I'm a 24 year old female, 5'1 and 118lbs.

You can add small snacks mid morning and afternoon that are good fats and/or protein. In the morning, say if you eat something like greek yogurt, add some honey....both are excellent for you =) Mid morning try a small snack of maybe an apple and string cheese. Lunch...say that you eat a sandwich or salad, add a slice or two of avocado. Afternoon...see if you can squeeze in a palm full of almonds or walnuts. Then for supper add something simple like you did at breakfast and lunch. Try a glass of chocolate milk after you work out. Try to get at least 1200 calories each day...more if you're doing a workout. You need a minimum of 1200 net for the day. So the 1500 would be great to reach if you are working out that day...that way you won't go under that 1200 mark. How do you like BBL? How long have you been doing it? Do these ideas seem like something you can do?

I just started the actual workout Saturday and I've been doing the diet for a week now. I can really feel the BBL workout working in all the areas its suppose to target and the menu that came with the workout has a lot of meals that I really like. I definitely think that this is something I can do, I just need to consider adding more to each meal, I just get full so quickly. I've been doing a little better with consuming the appropriate amount of calories but I'm also concerned with the amount of fat and carbs, it seems I can always reach those goals, just not the calorie one :/ Thanks for your response emoticon
