Hi all I will be starting BB ook tuesday and I know how many calories I will be eating (1680) and am making my protein/carbs/fat ratio 50/30/20.How do I go about ensuring that I hit these ratios correctly. How would I know how many portions of each to eat? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Great to hear you starting...great program. The easiest way I find is to load your meals/snacks into myfitnesspal.com (free) and it will tell you a ton of information including your macro-nutrient ratios.

Let me know if I can be of any help along your journey!

Agree with Coach, myfitnesspal is the best app available IMHO. If you don't start seeing the results you want I would suggest dropping the protein percent down and boosting the carb percent up. This program burns a lot of calories despite the length of the workouts. Like other posts I have to brag up my fiance again here, she has had incredible results with this program and I'm sure you will love it too!

I agree with both Coaches, Sometimes we have to reset our body and carbs will do it especialy with the high stress of Beast. It is worth a shot. I try to keep a 40/30/30 p/f/c but sometimes I drag and the carbs convert the energy protein into muscle uptake for max results with no tissue sparing;)
