P90 to YBB
P90 to YBB
p90 next level help
1/5/13 8:29 AM
I'm trying to maintain the results I got from P90 and take it to the next level. My goal is to go down one more pant size. I know the next logical step is X but I have bad hips and knees and I don't have time to workout an hour a day. A friend suggested YBB and I'm really enjoying it but the cardio isn't even getting me into my target heart rate. The toning is awesome so I'm going to keep up with that but I need a suggestion for a cardio "replacement" that I can fold into YBB. Maybe TurboJam?

Anybody have any recommendations?

Hello. If you went with P90X they show you different ways to modify for people with bad knees. Tony even talks about his bad knee in some of the workouts and tells you what you need to do to not strain them. My wife also has somewhat bad knees and with the modifications she has gotten through it and loves it. Just thought id pass that on just in case you werent sure. You wouldnt regret taking to the "X" level!

I just looked at the DVD times again and I don't think I can swing an hour or more workout every day. I'm a full time working single parent of a toddler, just can't fit it in. I'm already up at 5 to workout every morning.

I understand that. TurboJam is a good product as well. Hybrid of both would work for your needs. Or to a lesser extent 10 minute trainer everyday as well would help and would only take about 10 minutes of your time everyday plus your YBB. Hope that helps.

Hmm, haven't checked out 10 minute trainer. Maybe I could do that in addition to YBB. Is that a combo of cardio and sculpt?

Yes it has lower body, total body, abs, cardio and yoga workouts in it. It would be perfect to use with your YBB.
