Hey! I would love to join with you! I just signed up and was looking for someone to get me motiviated. I started insanity awhile ago and did about 9 days but got really sick so im restarting it now that im all better emoticon
I'm getting married in Oct so I REALLY want to loose weight!

Hi--I'll join you ladies! I started on Jan 7, got a cold for a week and just started back up with Cardio Power and Resistance. Even with the cold, the workout was easier than the first two times I tried it, so something is working! I'll add you as buddies if that's ok!!

Count me in! I am on day 12 and need some motivation! The scale has gone up 2 pounds since I started and it's messing with my head emoticon I know it's just a number but I am so used to using it for validation that my hard work is paying off and seeing it go up is seriously messing with my motivation. I have been following the calorie suggestions and having the recovery shakes. Any advice ladies?

Keep in mind muscle weighs more than fat so you going up 2 pounds may be a good thing. And don't get on the scale so much. Weigh yourself every 30 days, otherwise you'll drive yourself crazy. Some of us drop weight quickly, some of us don't. Keep at it and check your weight again in NO LESS than 30 Days. Also, did you do your measurements before you started? If not do them. Your loss in inches is what you should be more focused on. You may have gained 2 pounds but what have your size in inches done? You'd be surprised at how many people I come across who gain weight/muscle but lose inches. Hope this helps emoticon Add me if you like!

I weigh more than i did when i started but pictures don't lie. Keep taking pictures day by day im still up 7 pounds from where i started muscle weighs more than fat currently on round 2 again went down 15 inches of fat though. Dont give up emoticon

My 3 kiddos are working towwards a fitness goal for Jump Rope for Heart for school. I have been asking people for sponsorships if they can to at least one kiddo. They are really looking forward to it. If you can, can you please take a look at it for me. One of them has alreayd reached their goal, so the boys are hoping to get there too.
