So i think i figured out my calorie intake correctly i am 5 ft 11 217 and 30 years old. if i subtract 500 calories i get 3000. i am getting roughly 2000-2200 per day now. i simply cannot eat the 3000 required a day, i have a small stomach. any advice on what i should do.

should i gradually increase the calorie intake, drink a nutrition shake several times a day to try make up the amount. or slowly increase it until i start seeing results?

I don't know if I would shoot for the 3000 right off the bat the last thing you want to do is stuff yourself everyday. I would look at perhaps adding a protein shake one a day and start looking into some calorie dense foods, look at almonds, nut butters, coconut oils. All of those are around 200 or so calories for two table spoons or so. They can help you get your calorie intake up without stuffing yourself.
