Doing Ab Ripper 100 everyday rather than every other day?
Hey guys,

So some quick info, tomorrow is Day 10 of Power 90 for me, and I'm already breezing through Cardio and Ab Ripper, but I know I shouldn't move up to level 3-4 yet on any of the work outs. I want to slightly increase the intensity of my workouts though (using more weight in Sculpt 1-2 will help, and I know that going into deeper lunges and increasing speed in cardio will do the trick as well.) I had a question about Ab Ripper 100 though. I did it today, and I did it just fine with full on effort, no need to stop, however for some reason I didn't feel as satisfied with it as I thought I would. Should I start doing Ab Ripper 100 everyday? Or should I just do more reps on Ab Ripper 100? Or should I switch to Ab Ripper 200? (Although highly unlikely to make the switch to 200, as I'd prefer the one of the first two options first.)

Thanks in advanced for any feedback guys!

Edit: I also recently got my hands on the Fat Burning Express DVD if that gives any ideas as well.

I would do more reps each day. Doing the ab routine consecutively for multiple days will hinder your results significantly. The reason is is that when you workout, you create microscopic tears in your muscles that need the right nutrition and rest to heal and make stronger. Thats why you dont do abs, arms, legs, or any other body part every day. that way the muscles get the 48 hour minimum rest they need to recover.

Also stick with the program, Tony is a really smart guy when it comes to the program setup.
