Asylum 2: Dumbells vs Pullup Bar
Hey, i wonder if one of them is superior than the other. Should i stick to one or switch every week from pullup bar to dumbells? Confused a little. :/

I think you get a good workout using either one. If you have the option switch it up from week to week to keep the workout a little more interesting

You can always try doing both as a super set (that's what I did). Shaun talks long enough to get the rows in before the exercise clock 'officially' starts.

I was able to bang out between 12-15 rows while he was demoing and then went to my bar for the pullups. That first sequence was a little 'cardio challenge' for myself because I did the rows, ran (up some stairs) to my pullup bar and did the pullup move and then ran back down for the suicide jumps-ski abs-floor sprints.

For the second weight/pullup sequence I did the single arm hip flys for 12-15 reps and then did the pullup. For the hold and release moves, I brought my dumbbells to where my pullup bar is and alternated between the weights and the bar.
