So my Slim in 6 just arrived yesterday and I will be starting today. I am absolutely committed because I am tired of being tired. I have 100lbs to lose so its time to get started! Anyone have any tips?? I want to do this so I hope I can.... I should say I THINK I CAN!

Just do the best that you can do. Remember this is about you and not trying to be like the people in the videos. Lastly enjoy the small victories in your workout journey because before you know it they lead to one big one.

I just started Slim in 6 and was wondering something. I had purchase P90X last year when I was 35 lbs lighter and in better shape, but I'm too heavy now and too out of shape for it, so I thought I'd started with something easier before starting P90X again. My question is - after doing P90X (which btw I did not complete) - how can this program (Slim in 6) be effective when you are working the same muscles everyday? What about muscle confusion? And what about giving your muscles time to rest, heal, and get stronger? Any help with these questions is most appreciated! Thanks!

Ombra, Slim in 6 is a good workout for someone like you who is getting back into working out. While Si6 is a different animal than P90X your body still goes through the same learning, adaptive and mastery phases in those 6 weeks. So even though you're doing ramp it up and burn it up you will find that you are getting stronger at completing them and that's the change that's happening to you. Hope by completing Si6 and taking the rest days on the weekends you will be ready to jump back in to doing P90X. Good luck to you.
