What could I eat/drink after the workout to repair my muscles but won't bulk me up?? Thanks!
What I have found that has worked the best for me is a recovery drink. The first time that tried doing these workouts I didn't really have anything afterwards or some protein and I would be extremely sore the next day. Now I bought myself a post workout drink and since then I'll feel a little sore the next day but nothing like what I did before. There a many different ones out there, you can get the P90X results & recovery, the one I use that I love is Post-Rx from Rivalus. These drinks won't bulk you up, building muscle will make you leaner and tighter, Don't worry.
