Starting tomorrow question about rice
hello i will start tomorrow my p90x i want to lose weight, but my question is if in level one phase 1 i can change wild rice for brown rice?

You should only be eating brown rice! Good luck and congrats on starting P90X. Its a great program! If you need any help or have questions during the program id be happy to assist you! P90X is my go to program!

brown rice is great. get you a cheap little steamer and a bag of mahatma and you will be set. go out and kick p90x's butt.

Thanks for help me , but is not much rice in a week? because is monday wed and friday brown rice instead will rice or is the same?

this is the rice i plan to eat is mixed but has 230 cal and 42 g of carbs

That stuff has more calories than regular brown rice. I ate it regularly during my period of weight gain. It tastes like buttery goodness...
