My name is Jackie and I have been working out with Beachbody workouts since June 2008. I have completed rounds of Yoga Booty Ballet, Slim in 6, Slim Series, Turbo Jam, TurboFire, ChaLEAN Extreme, Body Gospel, Les Mills Pump and almost finished rounds of Rev Abs and Insanity. I LOVE Shakeology and drink it everyday!

I can't wait to see my results with Combat! The next 60 days are going to be AWESOME!! I will be completing the Supreme Warrior rotation.

I'm looking forward to this accountability group! We are here to support one another and help each other achieve our goals! My beachbody name is Redd2lose and I workout at 4:00AM Monday-Friday and 6:00AM on Saturday (CST). Sunday is always my rest day and the day of my cheat meal! emoticon

Hi Jackie!!! It's about time this thread was up!emoticon

Started on New Year’s Eve and completing the Supreme Warrior schedule as well. Today is Week 2 – Day 1 . Missed Day 6 so subbed Combat 60 – Extreme Cardio Fighter for Combat 30 – Kick Start this morning. Never got around to doing this workout while previewing the DVDs and got lost on one or two of the routines last week but did better today and sweated buckets!emoticon It is challenging but fun. Enjoyed the floor work too. The music for all of the workouts are great too.

This program is a total body workout, the HIIT routines remind me of my round of INSANITY. Squats and lunges galore!!! emoticon

We are gonna be RIPPED I am pumped - thinking of getting Combat 30 – Kick Start in tonight!!!

Today was HIIT Power!!! Felt just like I was doing INSANITY!! It was AWESOME!!! Ate clean, drank a little over a gallon of water, and have had a super fantastic day!!

Been a very busy week, but I am still here. Have a double today to get back on track so Combat 60 – Extreme Cardio Fighter is scheduled for my usual p.m. workout.

Hello everyone!! I would love to join this thread. I started Combat on Tues., 8th and have completed the 3rd day this morning. I have started P90X many times as well as Insanity but have never completed either program. I was so excited to start Combat and I have to say it is very intense and I have loved it completely. Can't wait for tomorrow. Anyway.....nice to meet everyone and I am sooooo ready to be held accountable. I NEED TO FINISH THIS PROGRAM!!! LOL.k

I had a deadline at work today and I've been very busy all week too!! I didn't get to post my workout here yesterday BUT I got them in....Combat 45 yesterday and Combat 60 today. I'm torn between which workout I like the best! I LOVE them all so I guess I just can't choose!! This is a fantastic program and I can't wait to see the results in 60 days!! emoticon
Oh yea, Mike which rotation are you doing? We are doing the Supreme Warrior rotation. What time are you in WOWY? I'm normally in between 4:00 and 4:30 CST depending on the workout.. Combat 45 and 60 will be 4:00 for sure. My screen name is Redd2lose and I would love to add you as a buddy.

Glad you joined us Xena! COMBAT is addictive - totally enjoying it. Picked up a pair of kickboxing gloves at Walmart - could not resist as they were pink. emoticon The palm is mesh with a 4oz weight, not open like the ones in the DVDs. Definitely feel the difference in my punches which increases my intensity.

WEEK1 DAY 5 HIIT PLYO!! Paula, I agree, those mountain climbers, burpees, lunges, etc. LOVE them ALL!! I'm glad I got it in this morning because I feel sooooo much better through out the day!

I did the HIIT: Plyo this morning. What a great workout!! Sweat was pouring out!!

Way to go Mike! We're all in this together!! I'm 46 and looking to lose weight and get ripped!!emoticon I only have about 10 pounds or so that I actually want to lose but not concerned as much about the scale number as I am about how I look and feel... don't get me wrong there is ALWAYS a number range that I like to operate between, but I try to focus on how I look and feel!

Good morning Warriors!! Happy Saturday!!

Week 1: DONE!! Combat 60 in the books!! This is a long workout but I love the variety and I love the Ab work at the end!! When I gain weight, it's always in the mid section and thighs so this is GREAT for me!!

Hey Paula! How did you do with doubles the other day?

My plans for the weekend is shopping for some clean, healthy foods for the week and catch up on some reading from Chalene's 30 Day PUSH Challenge! Oh and how can I forget... I LOVE football and will be watching the playoffs today and tomorrow!! College football is my favorite though and I hate that the season has ended.... counting down the days to the 2013 season!! <3
