Measurement Goals??
Measurement Goals??
1/6/13 7:28 PM
I am starting Insanity tomorrow so I just took my measurements. I want to set goals for my measurements but I have no clue what my goals should be. Can someone please give me insight on how to figure it out emoticon

My stats:
5' 120lbs
Waist 33.5
Hips 37.75
Chest 33.75
Right Arm 11
Left Arm 11
Right thigh 21.25
Left thigh 21.25

I know my goal is to loose some weight and tone but I do not have a clue what my measurement goals should be.

It really is up to you. You want to make goals that are realistic so your not dissapointed if you dont reach them. Shoot for attainable goals and you may surprise yourself with your results. Something like lose and inch and a half off my waist etc.

Congrats on starting insanity! You definitely should lose some inches and gain some tone for sure!

I think that section confuses a lot of people. It's probably safe to say that there are some measurements you'd like to see shrink and others you wouldn't mind increasing. So pick a number, ie. I want a 30 inch waist and 12 inch biceps, that you feel you can realistically aim for.
