Looking for a Vegetarian or Vegan Beach Body Coach
Hello,

I have been a vegetarian for 8 months and feel what I have learned about food during this time does not align well with beach body's nutrition plan. I was wondering if there were any beach body coaches who have completed the program successfully on a vegetarian or vegan diet.

My current coach was an auto assign, and I am looking to switch to someone who is active and responsive. Ideally this person would be a female vegetarian that came to beach body to lose weight.

A little about me - I'm 28 yrs old, 5'7" and 153 lbs
I have had a consistent focus on exercise and diet the last 2 years. I had participated in a boot camp (5 - 6 days a week) for the first 10 months and lost almost 20 lbs within the first 4. Then I plateaued for 6 months until my boot camp membership expired. I continued my fitness through elliptical cardio and yoga classes 3 - 5 times a week, and have been eating a vegetarian diet for the last 8 months. I am still in a plateau naturally, as my new exercise regimen is less intense than the boot camp was. I own the original P90x and will be starting the program in 2 - 3 months as I am undergoing a small surgery that requires I do not exercise for a few weeks. In the meantime, I am gathering the materials needed to start P90X and would like to get on track diet wise, as it seems there may be some 'interval eating' which may enhance results?

I have lots of questions and look forward to meeting a new coach that can relate to my goals. Thanks!

Hello!
My name is Debra Stevens and I am a new coach. Ive been on a journey since June 2012 and have lost 35 lbs so far. I did Insanity while going vegetarian.. I did eat some cheese etc but was meat free for about 2 months.

One suggestion is that I started a vegan shake supplement and I just finished a month of using that every morning. It seemed to really make a difference in my energy. Without it I was tired and lacked energy and wasnt getting enough protein. I tried a cheaper protein shake but found that the Shakeology Strawberry vegan was much tastier and filling.
