Hey, I have tested and played around with a lot of supplements and finally found what really worked to help loose my weight. I sent you a buddy request and I would be more than willing to share what I know with you. Thanks!

I'm not into BB supplements, cost to much. I go to supplementreviews website and look at the reviews from other people than find the lowest price on the internet. I don't like adding people for them to sell me stuff, if its good information it should be posted on the board for others to read and benefit from.

Have you tried BB products and supplements? Just trying to see what you have tried and why you didn't like them

Almost everything you listed could be just as easily procured through proper diet. ON whey is a solid protein powder if you are trying to supplement protein, and multi-vitamins never hurt, but you should ensure you get one that is highly regarded in terms of actual absorption (low quality MVs are garbage in garbage out with little absorption).

Many of the things you listed are total garbage. If your looking to take a DAA just go ahead and take it, don't need anything fancy and its not going to do much of anything unless you have very low t-levels (in which case you should see a Dr. and get real test).

The only thing that is valuable to aid in weight loss beyond lower calories or more exercise is the EC stack. Proven time and time again.

Check out beverly internationals "Ultimate Muscle Protein" not sure how it compares to the ON but beverly is good stuff. You can get it through a site called wiefit.com cheaper than amazon. Outside of protein I also use BB's results and recovery. I totally agree with you on a lot of their products but I only know of 1 recovery drink that is better and it's ultragen by first endurance. I use R and R for 1-2 hour workouts and ultragen for 2+ hr workouts. I make my own intraworkout using ironman perform with glutamine/bcaa's. and that's pretty much it. Diet is probably 80% of the battle a lot of those sups add such a small benefit most people wont notice. I do have a couple friends trying out CLA. But, i havent used It. If you want to talk more email me at [edited by admin] I am a coach but myself and the coaches i network with dont recommend anything we dont use ourselves or believe in.

I'm just curious. You're doing Tapout XT and say you don't like Beachbody products so why are you seeking information from a Beachbody discussion board?

With all due respect he said he thought the supplements were too expensive not products (programs) in general. And my bad on the email address but he indicated he didnt want buddies to sell him stuff. So I'm not sending him an invite. With that being said i challenge him to find a results and recovery formula better than BB's (which yes I recommend). The only one that compares is Ultragen and it's more expensive.

No worries, Endurafit. Thanks for your response.

My question to the original poster is sincere, though. I'm always curious when people come here seeking specific advice about non-Beachbody programs and supplements. It's fine, but I imagine there must be better places to ask.
