yes, you can only get better from here. I like what the above poster said, make sure you're drinking LOTS of water. Always have water with you and drink it throughout the day. It'll help immensely with soreness and cramping. Keep at it and don't give up. Don't injure yourself either though! haha. You're awesome for starting! You can join my Insanity group
