Am I really eating enough?
I just started the Les Mills Pump program. I also teach PiYo Strength 4x a week and Turb Kick 2x a week. The first week tells me to eat around 1,200 calories. Keep in mind I am 5'9" and 150 lbs. My body fat % is around 9-11% I don't need to lose a lot of weight I just want to tone up and build more muscle definition. My ultimate goal is a six pack. I am afraid my metabolism is going to slow down and start breaking down my muscles. Please help! Thanks

That does seem a bit low to me even more so if you are doing the instructing on the same days that you are doing you Les Mills workouts. To give you and idea I am 5'9'" 125 with about 9% body fat and doing Combat. If I don't eat around 2200 calories a day I feel like I am going to chew my arm off. If you are feeling hungry and weak as the day goes on as well then you really need to add more calories. Have you checked out the calorie calculator on this site here to see what it has to day. The mayo clinic also has a real good online calorie calculator if you do a quick google search for it.
