Just finished week 5 (which is really 6) and its not only insane but fun too! I'm not a monster like those in the video but I love to push myself. I feel that each exercise i get better at it. I feel more tired after each one but thats becuase I push more and more cause my body allows it.
This was a huge game changer for me so if anyone needs any suggestions or just plain motivation, hit me up!
