MY Insanity and Turbo Fire Hybrid Schedule=)
Hello all! I just wanted to share with you my Insanity and TF Hybrid Schedule! It's really intense and you'll probably be burning over 500+ calories a day doing my version of the schedule. It's a really good workout and it's only 8 weeks but here's the catch! It's 7 days a week! Crazy huh? I know you're suppose to have rest days and blah blah blah but honestly, I cannot stand the rest days because I get so antsy! Lol...I have to keep myself on my feet each day and now that I'm in school for the Spring semester, I seriously need to work out to relieve stress. So, here's my schedule! Trust me, it will make you work harder than you ever have before and you will start to notice how quicker you are with the moves after the first couple days, I guarantee it! I'm on the 5th day of week one already and I'm already starting to get quicker with the moves. Just push yourself everyday and I promise you, you will shed the fat and tone up really nice! BTW, I am not a coach. Just wanting to share my insane schedule with you all so you can benefit as much as I have been. This is my 2nd version of the hybrid schedule too! Enjoy!!

2) Fire 30 and HiiT 15
3) Cardio Power & Resistance and Sculpt 30
4) Fire 45 and HiiT 20
5) Pure Cardio and Tone 30
6) Fire 45 EZ and HiiT 25
7) Plyometrics Cardio Circuit and Core 20
Week 2
1) Fire 55 EZ and HiiT 20
2) Cardio Power & Resistance and Tone 30

I started out doing an Insanity / Turbofire combo program like this and within about two weeks my knee was killing me!!! I wish I could have stuck with it becuase, like you, I get antsy on the rest days. Good luck girl!!!! I would love to hear how you are doing!
