Howz it everyone!

Just curious out there, how much of you use myfitnesspal? Sorry not sure if this is against forum guidelines to talk about another product. But I was just browsing on my phone a few months back and came across this awesome application for your phone. Since downloading it on my phone back in September I've been hooked and logging on and counting calories every single day for every meal.

I always thought those people that actually counted calories were crazy, but now I find myself doing the same thing. For everything I eat I check how much calories it contains or for everything I buy I try to check the calories before I eat, I'm really cautious now when it comes to consuming calories.

This application has worked wonders for me as I have been able to lose quite a bit of weight sticking to my calorie intake and not going over and adding in my workouts and the amounts of calories I have lost. Until I started using this app I have struggled with diet programs and other workout programs. This app and working out has made the perfect combination for success in me losing weight and becoming more healthy and fit.

I have been using it for months, and it has really helped me work towards my goal. I would recommend it, or another app like it to anyone.

I use and love MFP too! It's super easy to use and the database is pretty broad. I really haven't found something I can't classify there. It really makes tracking calories easy. Keep it up!

It has worked well for me as well.

I have been working out and doing workouts for a while now...several years, but had a hard time dropping the weight...

Since starting my fitness pal and tracking my calories and watching more what I ate I have been able to drop 35 pounds in about 4 1/2 months.

I would also recommend it to anyone as a big part of working out is watching what you eat!

I just looked at it - I was a little surprised that Insanity wasn't pre-loaded for exercise (or am I missing something). How do you enter those routines and calories burned/

thanks - I am new to all of this.

I was also surprised not to see Insanity in there...

You just need to enter it in manually where it says create your own exercise (once you enter it in one you do not need to enter it again as it saves to your profile (recent workouts/exercises)...I just estimated calories lost because I do not own a heart rate monitor
