SO EXCITED TO HAVE SUCH A GROUP!!!! Everyone message me or post on here you facebook name as I will be creating the facebook page tonight

My name is Melissa J. so look for something from me. I am better at navigating that (as I'm sure many of you others are as well) Official start date will be tomorrow. Also, thanks to baileysummermom, I checked out the 10 Minute Trainer page and there is an official challenge starting tomorrow as well! You have to submit 1 day/30/60/90 pictures for a chance to be in the next 10min video. I'm doing that as well! SOunds like we have all the tools and support to be successful!
beachbodyone - okay I'm not very good at this site either, but if you click on our name next to one of our posts it will send you to our profile and on that page it will say "add as buddy" or something like that!
The two day start up was an "extra"... With the order came some shakeology protein shake. The first two days you were to have a shake for breakfast and lunch, and small dinner, ex chicken breast salad. snacks were raw veggies and green tea. During the two days you were also supposed to go through and do all of the workouts so that you could get a preview, this way when you start you can move faster! I got the chocolate shakeology and put 1/2 banana in with mine.... I thought it was very good, for a protein shake so I will be buying more.

I was watching the infomercial today and it made me want to do it again, I felt so great... even though I only made it through about 5 weeks. I am excited with TMT though..... the cardio videos where you use the resistance band with the belt is awesome. I feel like i have my core flexed for the entire 10 minutes. I can now see why people are getting great, toned mid sections! Can't wait for mine!
raidergirl - Tuesday will be fine, just play catch up if you want! Facebook page will be done by the time you read this! Warming up is going good, I didn't do anything yesterday because I was too lazy to get out of bed on time, so today I did 2 plus yoga. Loooving the yoga. Reminds me how good flexibility will feel.
