Im Back With An Attitude! Who Wants to Take Hip Hop Ab's By Force With Me!
I have been going to the gym 4 days a week and I am starting HIP HOP ABS tonight and anyone who wants to jump on the bandwagon with me and get this going hop on in while the water is warm! I have done P90X, I have done the gym thing over and over and as I get older I am learning its tougher and tougher to eat right and stay in shape. So with the help of all of you and myself lets get in shape! We have 5 months until beach season...lets get some killer abs and start eating right and take that new years resolutions and blow it out of the water and just make it a way of life!

Have you started yet? HHA is one of the few BB programs I have yet to try myself. Let us know how it goes.

I feel your pain with the gym. I too have been in and out my entire life up until recently. Beachbody is a savior. I am in the best shape I have been in in years and it is all thanks to home fitness. Why drive when you can do it at home.

Killer abs indeed. My goal for summer is 9% BF.

Im here!!I have been to the gym, insanity and this is my 2nd round of hha as i missed alot with the holidays. i can feel my core getting stronger, the problem is the food, calories and flabby skin from having 5 kids. help!! I have to admit i enjoy this and its fun...where am i going wrong??

Sounds like you're doing things right in terms of activity, but a change of eating is probably in order.
Does Insanity come with a meal plan? I haven't looked too closely at the HHA food recommendations, but those might be helpful, too.
Just tracking your intake, writing down every single thing you eat and drink, will 1) give you a record of what you're putting into your body and 2) start to change what you put into your body. It's crazy, but as soon as you start paying attention to exactly what you're eating, you start to think twice about what you're actually eating.
