The doctor says I tore/pulled my calf muscle and it will take 5-6 weeks to recover.
I would recommend a corrective stretching routine that incorporates the mysofacial technique regularly after about 1-2 weeks of icing. In the meantime avoid stretching and an calf realted exercises. Make sure you modify the exercises that you need to. Feel better!
