January 3, 2012, I started a program called P90X, because a friend of mine had some great results with it. I had a lot of weight to lose (I started at 272.8 lbs) so I gave it a try.
1 year later, after a round of P90X, Insanity, a hybrid of the 2, and currently in a P90X/P90X+ hybrid, I am down to 189 lbs. I want to lose 10 more pounds, then tone and add muscle from there.
Here is my before and after. I know the New Year is the time everyone starts a new workout. I am proof it works if you keep pushing play, and dial in your nutrition.
