Glad to meet a fellow Beasty

I just alternate between the both so one time I will do the Beast Cardio & the next Total body. That way I keep the muscle confusion going & also don't get board with the workouts. I started with Insanity too & sure do miss it at times. With the Beast it's a much different type of cardio. But I love lifting weights.

Greetings!
This is my first week doing the Body Beast workout. After completing a round of Insanity. And then two rounds of Insanity: Asylum Vol. 1, I am enjoying hitting the weights again.
So I've noticed that in this first Phase of Build, I have the option of doing either Beast: Cardio, or Beast: Total Body.
I was wondering if any of you practiced Beasties out there have a preference between the two workouts or if you feel that they compliment different goals because their focus differs?
