Additional workouts with Turbo Fire?
I am on day 3 of Turbo Fire, but was wondering if I should be doing other workouts along with it? I have been doing 20-30 minutes of light walking on the treadmill at 4mph. Is this necessary? Will I still see the results that some of you have shown by just following the Turbo Fire schedule?

I work 40 hours a week in an active job...on my feet 8+ hours a day there.

You are doing plenty just with the TurboFire schedule--it's an intense program! I got great results with my first round of TF--I followed the schedule exactly for the first month and then I increased the toning workouts every other day in months two and three (in addition to the regular cardio schedule. I also did the advanced DVD schedule. In addition, I ate really clean and kept an online food log.

I started out doing a hybrid of both Insanity and Turbofire (I was coming from 2 rounds of Insanity) and found that that was entirely too much. Just doing the Turbofire program alone should be plenty. I would wait until you are in month 3 to see if you feel like you want to add something else to the mix.
